"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and the room extremely comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hotel Cavour."

"Was very impressed with stay at this hotel"

"Everything is fine except for the air conditioning, which either doesn't work or is very weak."

"Very friendly staff, clean room, near the train station you can go to Verona, you have shops in the area, a lot of restaurants close by, easy to pick the tram."

"Highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and had a great variety. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back!"

"The location is excellent. Walking distance to Duomo. The staff are very nice and helpful. The restaurant was super clean. The food was fresh. I highly recommend booking the room to include breakfast. Please bring Euros or US Dollars to tip the staff. To my surprise in Italy you can not leave a tip on your credit card. Find overnight parking or pay 60 euros for parking."

"Milan’s the best!!"

"The property was modern, clean and new. Nice amenities but would have liked more room information with regards to how things worked, eg: heating/AC, lights, etc. Very friendly staff and loved the coffee and cookies in the morning, and the grapa at night. The rooms were very small but certainly had everything you need for a few nights stay. Safe neighbourhood."

"お部屋は鏡を多用してとても広々としている錯覚に陥ります。悪い意味ではありません。スタッフは付かず離れずの距離感が心地よいです。ここぞでは親身になってくれます。朝食はとても美味しいのですが毎日全く同じなのは一考の余地ありでした。でも観光でゆっくり食べらなれない時はボックスに詰めて持って行きなと提案してくれたりして融通が利くのはさすがでした。"

"Great property at a great location."

"Great location. Walkable to everywhere."

"Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this hotel. The bedding was inadequate. We requested two additional pillows and an extra blanket because none was provided in the room, but received a small twin-sized blanket instead. The Expedia listing mentioned “laundry facilities” in addition to laundry service, which reasonably suggested that guests could use self-service laundry facilities. None were available. When we asked the front desk, the response made...

"أكيد، هذه ترجمتها للإنجليزية بصياغة قوية ورسمية: I demand an immediate refund of the amount that was charged to me unlawfully. I checked out of the hotel on August 10, 2026. However, I was charged the full amount of the booking, despite the booking terms clearly stating that the applicable cancellation penalty was only €120. Charging the full booking amount despite my early check-out and the agreed booking conditions is unacceptable and constitutes a clear violation of the terms of the...

"Andrea was extremely nice and helpful!!! We were able ti change the room for another really nice!! However, the location could be better…."
