"The water pressure in shower was nice... But to have to dry off with smoke filled towels with cat hair sucked. Had to buy own t.p. And don't expect new towels everyday. The lady at desk was rude, unhelpful. Everyone else was pleasant and helpful."

"The check-in process was smooth and easy, and we had no issues accessing the property. Unfortunately, the condition of the home did not meet our expectations.Outside, there were cigarette butts around the property, weeds throughout the yard, and the lawn had not been mowed. Upon entering, the home had a noticeable mildew smell that persisted throughout our stay. Inside, the floors were dirty, the refrigerator needed cleaning, and several dishes had been put away with food residue still on them....
