"Nice and cozy! Great location"

"The little house is just that, a little two bedroom two bath house with kitchen both up and down stairs. Location is close proximity to Head of the Dragon and Back of the Dragon, with scenic view between each ride."

"Overall an average place to stay. Lag in communication with host (we didn’t have internet for one day of the stay, which was very frustrating in a non service area.) After a second attempt to contact the host 24 hrs later, they were prompt and it was an easy fix. Exterior: The outside yard needs some TLC and the propane grill igniter didn't work. (Just a small thing, but frustrating.) The porch light wasn’t working properly, which made it difficult when coming in at night, but we alerted the...

"Close to the trails. Had plenty room for two big trailers."

"The cabin was very nice and enjoyed it. The area is definitely sad. Not really anywhere to eat, very limited on groceries. A very poor area to say the least. I feel bad for the people there because their livelihood was taken from them when the government stop coil from being produced. "

"Great access to trail system. Plenty of room. We had 3 buggies and 2 trailers / 2 trucks andHad room for parking. You can hear the train but after a day of riding too tired to hear it. Would stay again. Host very communicative and responsive."

"We arrived 30 minutes after check-in with no instructions to check-in. This property is managed by Evolve and they are not responsive. My first contact with them was to extend our stay by one night. I had to message numerous times with zero response. I was finally able to find a # for Evolve, once I contacted them it took a week to get a response. The day of our check-in, I never received any information on how to check-in, no code was provided. I found another # to call which was for the host...

"The house was very nice inside. The neighboring houses are condemned. Getting a trailer in and out of the drive was a challenge as the drive is narrow and the train bridge obstructs view of the road. The property is located next to train tracks and trains entering the tunnel sound the horn at all hours. The trains are loud coal trains that run frequently. The house was clean and comfortable, if you can handle the train noise, the property is a fair price. They provide ear plugs to help with the...

"Very nice place to stay!"

"The Good:Price was great and check in was extremely efficient. Host messaged us almost immediately asking if we need anything to let them know! Location was great if you plan on riding the dragon, and a short trip to the BOTD. Rooms appeared clean, and house inside was tidy. Neighbors also seemed friendly and waved when we seen them. The not so good:We planned to grill out, but the grill was very dirty and heavily abused. There was garbage left inside the grill, and in the fire pit (assuming...

"Convenient to trails. Staff was excellent very friendly. Definitely will stay again "
