"My room in front of the building was very noisey during the night due to the semi trucks drive by all night. Otherwise the view was nice during the day."

"Such a beautifully restored Inn with all the charm and details from 1912! The two of the three clawfoot tubs have been retrofitted with shower adaptors so you can still get that nice clean feeling after a long day of travel or touring. The family staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. I needed a place to stay while visiting family in the neighboring city, I am unable to stay with family due to severe pet allergies, so I am so glad McCleary Inn was available for me to call home for a...

"The place is very nice and exactly like the pictures. Bed was just a little uncomfortable for us, but other than that a great place to stay."

"1 coffee mug in queen room and 3 pillows. Weird. Needs updated no USB ports I had my plugin with me. 2 towels. Room was clean. Heater fan was loud and a little difficult to figure out. Got it after a few tries lol. Fridge has a freezer which is nice."

"Only real option for us in Elma. Was clean, but needs serious updating. Front desk was nice."

"The room was clean with nice decor. They had a fun retro vibe with a Victoria record player and records to play. There is a Blondies restaurant next door for meals out. Most importantly, it was cold because there was a large gap between the door and the doorway. The draft just streamed in, so no matter how high I turned up...

"The room is clean, but it has a musty smell. The bath towels are stained, and there was poor communication. I was supposed to get email 24 hours in advance to check in, but I didn’t, so I had to call the host. Thankfully, she replied promptly. Other than that, the room is quiet, and the price is reasonable."

"It wass unique with all the decorations to spy and look at."

"Very warm and inviting!"

"Was a nice little space. I had a lot of bad luck on this trip, but the owners went out of their way to make it better."

"We only spent one night here after spending a busy day hiking around the area on a 6 day hiking trip. I had decided to splurge (this was the most expensive of our stays) as the home looked amazing and just what we wanted. The home is very cute, set up wonderfully and a great location and Malaya had checked in with me before we arrived which was nice. We were disappointed there was no laundry detergent in the home (and we were desperate to wash clothes). Malaya responded immediately that she...

"Cute house, was perfect for us."

"We loved being able to walk to the lake and the house had plenty of room for our family to have their own spaces."
