"The staff was friendly and helpful. The motel appears to be partially renovated. My room on the second floor was not. The breakfast was excellent with many choices."

"We stayed here while passing through the state. The front desk staff were friendly. The woman who checked us in was helpful and made us feel welcome. The room was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows. I cannot comment on the breakfast because we left early in the morning. We would definitely stay here while passing through again."

"The place so so very charming"

"Older hotel but looked clean."

"The matresses were old, hard as a rock. The white lines and towels most were actually dingy white. There were holes in the wall that someone tried to patch but did a horrible job. The staff did not speak English well. The lobby smelled like curry. There were bugs laying on their backs, legs wiggling in the air. The bathroom smelled like bug spray. I reserved the Handicap room, but couldn't stay first night in the room because the previous occupant decided to stay an extra night. We had...

"The property was adequate for a short stay. Parking was easy, and our room was clean and quiet. At the same time, hallways were dirty and the building exterior unattractive. The surrounding area is convenient to the interstate and has a couple of truck stops but few restaurants."

"We booked a two-night stay but chose to leave after the first night because of the overall condition of the property.Upon arrival, the home had a noticeable mildew odor and appeared inadequately cleaned. The refrigerator contained a dead mosquito, crumbs, and debris. Kitchen counters and other surfaces were dirty, and dust was visible throughout the home.We found numerous maintenance issues, including a barstool held together with zip ties, a torn couch, a broken desk chair, worn mattresses,...

"This was a very nice experience clean and I enjoyed the experience! Recommend it highly Thank you"

"A couple different ways to look at this….relative to rural Kansas…it’s ok, serves a need. Relative to world at large. It’s not great. "

"These folks treat you RIGHT!!! Pleasant Clean, located well with choices to dine! Whenever we travel to Newton, well well stay here. No doubt!! "

"We felt completely at home here. The grand children ages 2 - 9 found the large yard a place for adventure and Leisurely walks to the shore full of expectation and delight. A great getaway spot. We will return. "

"This is not a hotel you want to take your wife to. It is okay for a man on his own but it did not meet my expectations. The staff was friendly. Check in was slow and tedious since I had booked through Hotels.com. The total cost was more than quoted because they charged a service fee for using a credit card. The room itself was clean but the carpet was dirty and the sheets were dirty on one of the two beds. We were supposed to have a room with a queen bed. "

"We had a great experience and stay at the lake house. Our host, Laurie, was phenomenal. Communication was excellent. It was the perfect spot for us to get together with our friends and their families. There was plenty to do inside and outside. It was a very relaxing lake trip with great fishing as well."

"The container was very clean and well kept. There is no hair dryer. I have stayed at another container under the same owner. This one is good but different. Be prepared to bring all the things. Also extra bedding if not traveling alone. Especially in colder months."

"This property was very clean and reasonably priced"

"We had a wonderful stay! The property is clean and spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything and very comfortable."

"This is a junk house. I cancelled and checked out immediately after seeing the room with torn curtains not hanging on the valance, non functional TV. Cigarette butts all over the grounds. I could go on."

"Stayed here for sports event and it was just what we needed and very clean."
