8/10 Good

"Staff were helpful. Room was clean."

Lakeview Hecla Resort

Lakeview Hecla Resort

10/10 Excellent

"I'd say the only complaints we had were waiting to be seated for meals and the pools were a little grimey. This was our first time and enjoyed the food and room a lot! It was interesting waiting to be seated as many servers walked by without acknowledging us. We learned this was right before a shut down period, so staff was a little tired after a busy season. Warm pool in adult area was kind of gross and we didn't want to sit there too long. We'd gladly come again during a different season to do more outdoor things."
