"Rooms are small and hot. Fan did help but still quite warm to sleep."

"The Mercure is a great property in a wonderful location. It’s located in a gated village type area. Walk to restaurants, galleries and the shuttle to Mont Saint Michel is across the street. The hotel is modern, clean and the staff terrific. One item to note, no elevator. Highly recommend for your visit to the Abbey!"

"When we arrived we did not get a parking code and this started off stay on the wrong foot. We emailed property several times and no response. Let into parking location by parking staff. You had to go to three different locations to reach your room. All very confusing. Staff when questioned exact location of rooms stated they didn’t really know where location of rooms were. One company owns several hotels on the island and this makes everything disjointed. Room carpet was dirty and had visible...

"Staying just next to such a historic place was special in itself, for the location alone, it’s a 10/10 for me. Of course, this is not a luxury hotel from a large international chain, but for one night it was absolutely fine, comfortable enough, and exactly what I needed. The only real downside was finding something to eat late in the evening. Around 10:00 p.m., the kitchens in the area were already closed, and even with several hotels and bars nearby, there was nowhere to order food. Overall,...

"The place was amazing, we felt just like we were at home and oh wow was the food incredible."
