"Beautiful room with wonderful decor and enhancements. Wonderful bed. Fabulous pool and beautifully landscaped grounds. Great shower-good water pressure. The check-in process (for the first time) was a bit cumbersome. We hope to return. "

"The room smell good but when my wife clean the floor are totally dirty and sticky, how have a baby need go to cvs and buy $72 in products to clean and cleaning 4 times de room, more cleaning more dirty come out. Need ask for towels because the second day don't pass the housekeeper and don't have clean towels. The breakfast amazing and the staff of cafeteria and front desk super nice and great"

"Be sure to get photos of your room before reserving. The pics online look nice, but not all rooms look like that. My room had no mini fridge, which was a problem when you're staying at a beach area and want drinks and food to be cold. It had an EXTREMELY small bathroom with zero counter space. I had to put my things on top of the toilet. Very awkward getting into the shower with the tiny bathroom. There was one small dresser in the room and the coffee maker took up half of the surface leaving me with nowhere to put anything. There was no closet to hang clothes. Fortunetly, I was solo. I can't imagine staying in this room with even just one other person. There was no way to turn off the really bright light outside the door that shone through the glass all night while you were trying to sleep. The view was of a back alley and really awful. Definitley would never stay here again. They ended up giving me a small refund."

"The room its self was nice and clean but the toilet was very low to the floor and the bed was very uncomfortable! The hotel property was definitely worn and in need of repair and lots of painting would help the main building has some rotten wood that needs replaced basically the hotel needs a face lift. The staff was nice and friendly "

"We’ll maintain, the front desk could do a better in explaining their services but other staff are very nice and professional example, staff Gizelle at the bar area was creative and innovates when challenges in their service are presented and comes up with suggestions and alternatives.
