"We arrived late at night during a heavy rain storm. We were able to get easy access to our room through a side entrance and got comfortable quickly. The parking lot was rather full but we were able to find parking close to the building and it was well lit. The breakfast was exactly as expected however the kids were devastated that they had no waffle/pancakes - the machine was out of order. One of the other guests said they stay there often for work and rarely do they see it available. The rooms...

"This is a well equipped and clean comfortable home in Jordan Valley which is an excellent location for a trip to Leslie Gulch. Jordan Valley is a very small community of 130. There is no cell service unless you have T-Mobile. WiFi is weak but serviceable. Restaurants are non existent. The hamburger shack in town is good but very limited menu. A small express market carries limited supplies."

"We had a wonderful and relaxing time at this property. The host is excellent with communications, and a personal tour upon arrival, as it is a working horse boarding property. Our kids enjoyed petting, feeding, and talking with the horses, and a baby calf along with the host. This is out of city limits, so you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets along with cool evenings breeze. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook meals as well. Thanks Heather, would definitely stay again!"

"This suited our needs as a home base for our hiking activities. Some basic RV instructions would have been helpful and letting us know the key was in the RV; however once inside and figured things out, it was fine. Being able to access the internet was a definite positive. Our only real issue was not having enough hot water long enough for a shower."

"The house itself was pretty nice. The yard was great for dogs. The host was not super responsive. I contacted the host in the morning to make sure having 3 dogs was cool since it just said dogs allowed in the listing. Told them their ages and breed. About 8 hours later I still didn't receive a response so I just booked it since I needed a place. Checked in super late and first thing in the morning received a message that the owner said I have large dogs and needed to pay a pet deposit, so I paid...
