"The Staff person who checked us in was polite and helpful. Our TV would not let us watch Netflix. We called down to the desk on our cell phone (because the house phone was disconnected-even when we plugged it it, it still wouldn’t work), we were told to restart the TV. We did that twice and it still would not work. The buffet was lacking fruit and yogurt. Not sure if it was just in between stocking or what."

"I stayed 2 nights and will stay a third in two days. The staff is extremely friendly and nice. The room is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is excellent. The only thing they could improve is to add a place for guests to hang their clothes in the bathroom snd slso in the room since there are no closets. Parking is spacious and great location"

"For the most part the camper was a good place to sleep. The description should be updated there is no AC, fireplace, and there are 5 beds 1 being a queen sized so fitting 10 is quite a stretch. They forgot to restock so we had to make a run to the Walmart."

"What a wonderful place to stay and wonderul customer service! We had booked another place, we had issues the moment we arrived. Looked for another place and found the kingston east. Highly recommended! Close to everything, even the Temple. "

"The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean, spacious with three beds and has everything in it. The host could improve a couple of items: add more toilet paper, more coffee as there were only three cups and we stayed for a whole week. He could also help reduce dome loud noise from upstairs"

"Host NEVER communicated and we didn't get a keycode! We had to sleep in our truck because there were no hotel rooms available in that town.( and we were locked out of our VRBO) I called her cell and messaged her through VRBO and she didn't respond until two days after our check in date, at 1am! I have never had such a horrible experience on VRBO! I had to sit on hold with the VRBO 800 number for over 45 mins while they attempted to contact the host for me days later"

"Took our family to bear world and stayed in this nice little cottage it was clean, host was very helpful and it was in a nice quiet place to relax after a long day."

"It was a perfect location close to family in sugar city. The rooms were clean. The outside area was messy and the tablecloth in the table was torn. Also the front porch light didn’t work. I tried to message the host but no reply. I wanted to know about stripping the beds but couldn’t get hold of the host."
