"Nothing"

"The location was great for our stay. We walked everywhere throughout the French Quarter and never needed to take a cab. They offered amenities such as daily credits for the restaurant next door, infused water station & passes to the trolley. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Would recommend & stay there again!"

"This was a great property. Good location, nice pool and seating area, delicious restaurant, clean rooms."

"Te cobran 30 $ de fee por destino y te dan una tarjeta de 30 $ de descuento para excursiónes pero las tarjetas no funcionaron .hicimos en reclamos y nos dijeron que habíamos ingresado mal los códigos ,lo que no fue así por que chequeamos los códigos en innumerables veces y es sistema decía que en código no era reconocido.al final no hubo manera de recuperar los 30 $"

"Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were cozy, and the room felt welcoming and relaxing. We also encountered one front desk associate who was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to take great care of us, which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the luggage storage experience left a negative impression. We were never informed that there would be a fee to store our bags. We were charged $8 one day and $10 the next...

"Very clean room, hot shower"

"The staff was amazing and attentive, she even let us check in early from a long exhausting plane ride. Amenities and parking was great plenty of parking conveniently right across the street. I would stay here again"

"Disappointing stay – outdated room and unsafe parking fees The room was just okay but felt quite outdated. The bathroom had several stains, and the overall layout felt like a poor use of space. On the positive side, the breakfast was good and provided a nice, basic start to the day. However, we were very upset about the parking situation. It is frustrating to be charged an extra fee for parking while still having to worry that your car might get stolen. The security did not feel adequate for a...

"The hotel was nice but the amenities were not. The restaurant doesnt open until 4 pm. The staff are not as friendly, very short."

"Upgraded to the "Premium" Hermann King, the property is across the street from the actual hotel. No amenities on that side. You walk through a metal door, NO LIGHTS on the alley. Up stairs to the 2nd floor, which we didn't know that it was stairs up with a couple heavy suitcases. Get into the room, the brick walls are beautiful, high ceilings are great. Rooms don't have phones to call front desk when have issues. Bathroom needs to be gutted. Tub, a jacuzzi tub... doesn't work as a...

"Staff was super friendly and rooms were immaculate"

"The location was great, the staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped to be able to have a few simple meals in. The blinds were pulled off one window which meant the street lights were shining in all night. We had to use the pillows on the couch to cover the windows as best as we could. The pool was cloudy and freezing cold. I’m not sure if it’s normal or not to not heat pools here in NOLA but that’s something to think about. We were disappointed. The shower had NO hot...
