"We booked 2 Bourbon Street bi-level balcony suites, one for us and one for our friends traveling with us. Our room was great 5*, their room however was not, they rate 1* so combining for a rating of 3* total. Bar fridge, filtered coffee maker etc (no microwave so keep that in mind) Airconditioning was zoned, so that's a plus on in the lounge room and one in the bedroom had quite large walk in wardrove with a safe Pool was nice also. "It is a beautiful property, very clean. We choose that hotel for their beautiful Courtyard and a pool. When we arrived, we found out that both pool and the courtyard is under construction. It was very disappointing."

"Staff were great to work with and the location could not have been better as a way to explore the heart of this district. We liked it so much we added another day and staff made this easy as well. Parking on site was a wonderful and rare option in this part of the city. We arrived by motorcycle and it could not have been easier and parking staff were great as well. Highly recommended!"
