"I can explain enough how Mr. Hisham made the stay fantastic . He is a great man and made me love the place. "

"Carpet in the room had many stains and the room a/c unit was noisy. Room color, especially doors and trims were uggly orange color, making the room look cheap. That said, the hotel had bike rooms where all materials were kept safe and staff was extremely nice and helpful."

"Lobby, bar and restaurant has had a recent makeover, which is really good, bedrooms definitely in need of an upgrade. All the staff were very friendly"

"Frühstück war in Ordnung"

There was also no...

"The room was poorly maintained on arrival. Lights not working No restaurant available in the hotel. No lift. Walking up 64 steps was inconvenient. Inadequate wardrobe space and no chest of drawers. A lovely building but the bedrooms need updating ."

"The location of the hotel is really good. Unfortunately, upon our arrival we were told that the A/C is not working. The fan they put into our upper floor room instead could not catch up. We were not offered any reimbursement for that inconvenience. Also, The sleeping sofa for the kids was not prepared, the staff was not really helpful here. Overall, a rather unpleasant experience"

"Awful hotel that you would expect to change by the hour. Total mistake staying there"

"Parking a plus and good to have a manned reception. Rooms need updating and carpet replacing"
