"Great view but dirty windows"

"the property is dated, all wood furniture was worn on the edges, screen door for the balcony is torn and door is hard to operate and did not lock securely (2nd floor so not a big deal for us) heater control know was a sad replacement project by someone. walls are dirty. we were supposed to have ocean view, we got an bay view. counter staff at check-in at 4pm was pretty much useless, had to pry them out of their chair just to answer a question, check out staff was very helpful, continental...

"Probably my worst vacation stay at the beach. Absolutely not worth the hype and/or price. Belongings found from previous guest in my room. Flys everywhere, no screen door, no charging outlets, room was cold, thin blanket, terrible pillows, TV only works if you scan QR for your own account, room phone broken, breakfast basic; same each day, supplies being put away before 10am cut off, staff not personable or welcoming. Sauna nice but never stayed long enough to heat up. Hot tub jets do not...

"Beautiful views. The bathroom and especially the shower were very small."

"The hallmark is awesome. Always stay here as Georgie’s is probably the top 3 restaurants in town! Views are amazing and rooms are nice. I have pets and ground floor is nice but can be alot of foot traffic walking by your slider. But, the view of the ocean is just spectacular. Staff is attentive and super friendly. Just a wonderful few days on the coast"
