"Na čtyřhvězdičkový hotel s danými cenami docela dost drobných zklamání: nepříjemná recepční, nefungující klimatizace, plíseň ve větráku v koupelně, stropní lampy visící "na půl žerdi," okna bez sítí proti komárům apod. Hotel má určitě na to, aby si všechny své hvězdy opravdu zasloužil, prostředí hotelu i okolí je krásné, těch drobností je škoda. Snídaně OK vzhledem ke koronavirovým opatřením, ale bez nich by to bylo další zklamání, zvlášť u hotelu s vyhlášenou kuchyní. Ceny v restauraci dost...

"Personal konnte weder Deutsch noch Englisch. Frische Handtücher nur nach Aufforderung.. kein Zimmerservice. Licht im Bad war defekt, wurde / konnte auch nicht repariert werden. Pool dreckig"
