"We stayed one night on Oct 1st, nice and clean hotel, helpful staff. The only thing that I didn't like is that they changed the room before we arrived as we were 3 people. Next time I will make sure they don't change the room as I paid more for the bigger room."

"Breakfast is very good"

After checking out, we called the front desk immediately to report it. We even walked approximately 30 minutes back to the hotel, only to be told that housekeeping had checked the room and did not find anything. We are quite disappointed with how the situation was handled. We are confident that...
