"Can't fault my stay here. Close to a lot of shopping, food etc. I couldn't find an alphamart or indomarket nearby but a short ride was fine for that. Next time I'm in town I will be staying here again"

"The pool was okay! Overall this place is terribly run down with aircon leaking, tv not functioning in dome rooms, no safe box, toilet ceiling leaking, bath water stagnant at bathing time! I'll most definitely stay here again, it was a wonderful stay. A big thank you to the entire team at Novotel Lampung!"

"great food but poor quality of the room Staffs are great and friendly"

"Always a great place"

The sheets had stains, the mirror aren’t clean, sofa had some dirt or sorts and generally doesn’t look clean. Housekeeping came said they cleaned before, I asked to change room said no spare room to change to. In the end just change the sheets and swept the floor. The new sheets had stains too. Opened the window to help air out the smell. At...
