"The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The biggest issue is that the building is very old, and needs repairs. The first room we were given didn't have a working AC. The second room had an amazing AC, but no blankets. Just the cover and sheets. My husband was fine, I was freezing. Rates were reasonable, and I am grateful, as it was a last minute trip."

"The lady at the desk was rude. I couldn’t hardly understand her. And she kept saying the same thing over and over. Then I initialed the paper and she stated that I didn’t do it right. I told her last, my initials are LL and they do look like check marks. But they are the way I sign my initials. She then gave me one key and told me for the 5 th time, when I checked out pick the key in the bowl. I think more education and make English would help."

"This place was wonderful! There were so many touches all over that made it clear they have thought hard about how to make a nice stay for their guests. My mobility limited parents loved the spaciousness as there was room to move (or turn around) with a cane or walker in the bedroom and bathroom. (Note: there are only stairs into the house but we knew that ahead of time and made it work without problem). Having stayed at most of the hotels in Lampasas with mixed and not glowing experiences this...

"Place was just what we needed for a wedding in town!"

"Check in was easy. No issues. My guys arrived and ac was out. Water was scorching hot w/ no cold water available so they couldn't shower. I contacted them at 11 with no response until 4:30. I had already booked another cabin as I cannot wait for these issues to be fixed while renting and expecting these services. I asked for a refund but was denied. She said I didn't give her time to fix the issues."
