Exceptional service. Everyone was willing to help to make our stay memorable. The chef went out of his way to prepare for our dietary needs. The menu included vegan options that were both delicious and healthy. The beach was clean, water was warm and amazing.

The room was a 5-Star rating. Very large, roomy, modern, quiet and clean. A/C was cold and easy to control. he bathroom was also large and lean with good lighting options.

The hotel was adequate for my needs. But do take special note when checking in. You need to do a cash deposit of MYR 50. The checkin kiosk only takes 10, 20 or 50 note denominations. I didnt have, so I exchanged some notes with the reception staff. Other than that hiccup, everything else was fine.

Amazing stay! The receptionist are helpful and friendly. I really enjoy my stay and a bit sad I had to leave the place for my next trip. You can easily find food and groceries just accross the street from the entrance of the hotel. I recommend shama suasana for anyone who wants to stay at Johor Bahru. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Unstable electric supply in the room once checked in. Lastly, we get the room exchanged to resolve the problem.
