"A pretty convenient location, close enough to Crater Lake that it wasn't a hassle getting there. The other "campers" were pretty quiet, which we appreciated. The cabin itself was ok, although it could have used a good dusting. It was also pretty warm when we got there... The "Flat Screen" TV was tiny, and basically inoperable without a master's degree in technology. The towels were OLD, scratchy and pretty disappointing (especially after a nice shower). They could really stand to upgrade a lot...

"The hotel was recently renovated and clean and comfortable and roomy. The fact that it had a full fridge and kitchen was great. I travel with my dog and she eats raw, so having a fridge and sink are key. It was a great location and we could walk everywhere in town. Also, close enough to the highway, but far enough away to not be seedy."

"As soon as we pulled into this place, we loved it. Our two year old daughter took a nap on the lawn in front of our room, probably the best nap of her life not was so peaceful, quiet, relaxing, and truly beautiful. The lake is easy access, we rented a boat one morning and Klamath Lake is huge with lots of wildlife around. The room was clean, cozy, and well kept. The restaurant had good food and desserts, beautiful view of the lake. We’ll definitely be coming back."

"Really old building needing some major renovations, could have been kept cleaner. TV remote only worked in changing channels, even then someone had to show how to turn on in correct input! I was told someone would fix the next day but never did..."

"Breakfast was good. Not enough fresh fruit though, just apples. Bananas or oranges would've been nice. Room towels are fraying. Difficulty several times with card key not working. I was surprised that the pool wasn't heated, too cold to use. Bed was comfortable. No outside noise, so insulation is good. Nice to have fridge."

"We arrived late at night after a 14 hour drive. The front desk stunk like smoke and bleach. A face cloth in the room was dirty with hair wrapped in it. The towels were all wrinkled. Potentially just folded and put back on the rack Hair on the sheets and pillows. And a yellow stain on the sheets. We slept with our clothes on - on top of the bedding. We were too exhausted to complain and change hotels. At the desk the next morning the clerk told us that they need to lint roll all the sheets...

"Conwebs and dead insects on the ceiling and upper walls. The full length vanity mirror on the bathroom removed and leaning against the wall. No shampoo in the wall bottles. Staff toes not monitor the breakfast and do not refill food items even when asked. 7 am one boiled egg left no waffle batter. 8 am still none."
