"Terrible experience. Staff was unhelpful. Requests were ignored. Ordering a gin and tonic at the bar meant 2 shots of gin in a glass since they ran out of tonic water. Had to ask for ice. Had to mix my own drinks. Drinks took over 60 minutes to be delivered. Any food off the menu took 2 hours to make. This was truly the worst hotel staff. Avoid at all costs."

"An excellent 5-star experience! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and well maintained, with very friendly and welcoming staff. The location is fantastic, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Nairobi. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Nairobi and would happily stay here again."

"I wanted my statement to show I was charged $3900 shillings for the breakfast on 10/15/26. They were unable to do this. I needed this for travel reimbursement purposes. It would be nice if they could exchange shillings for USD."

"Lovely hotel in upscale Gigiri, great for families. Our kids loved it, especially the breakfast buffet and the swimming pool. We are definitely coming back."
