"Excellent accommodations and a great location! Communication with the host was outstanding. The hotel also offers a very convenient taxi service, which was incredibly helpful during my mom’s stay. "It does look a little older in photos, but it is well maintained and very clean and exceeded my expectations. Decent gym. Lot’s of options for breakfast. It’s a well known hotel so most tours and taxis know where it’s at. Walking distance to many things I wanted to see in Almaty. 24/7 convenience store a few steps away from the hotel."

Free gifts, welcome gifts, early check-in, late checkout, I could go on and on. The food is also incredible, the breakfast is amazing and I love how it’s connected to an ultra-luxury mall with all the best luxury brands. Two...
