"Overall, the stay was pleasant. The onsen was very clean, the room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful! We tried the dinner buffet, the environment and service was great, the food was OK but not impressive for the price. We really enjoyed our stay."

"An incredibly relaxing, cozy, and peaceful stay. Surrounded by lush greenery outside every window, soaking in the open-air hot spring that warms both body and soul, and strolling along flower-lined paths through the hills to discover Hakone's most breathtaking scenery. A truly unforgettable retreat."
