"Yes good parking and the A/C works. Need it some dusting. The toilet tank run on and off. I only stayed one night. The shower had great pressure and hot water. Breakfast not great. But i will be back. Good price and location for one person. Pretty quiet at night considering there were a lot of construction Crews."

"I killed two cockroaches in the room during my 3-night stay. The only chair in the room was absolutely filthy, with brown stains all over the fabric and no apparent attempt to clean it. The carpet was torn and worn. The water temperature in the shower was lukewarm. On the other hand, the air conditioner, TV, mini-fridge, and microwave worked. The staff was attentive and cordial. The price of the room should have been half of what it was for the quality of the stay. I would not have stayed...

Our trout fishing trip to the Blue River was much better this year knowing that we had a hot shower and and all of the comforts of home waiting on us at the cabin when our day of fishing was over. "The location was perfect, easy to find in the dark. Almost the entire home has been upgraded and very clean. We enjoyed the backyard chairs and fire pit. All the appliances worked well along with the heater and A/C (we used both in one week). It was just the 2 of us, but plenty of rooms and the backyard was fenced off for pets. The host was very responsive. We had some issues with the Oklahoma bugs, but they came in and exterminated. The shower/bathtub is very outdated and the facet was tricky...

"Everything was good. Earlier checkout instructions would have helped and although the place was clean could have used a deeper dusting and cobweb removal throughout. TVs in bedrooms would be nice. Nothing that would keep us from booking again."
