"Check in clerk forgot to return my ID. Hotel is undergoing updates. The new flooring installed in the room had a strong smell. No coffee maker in room or microwave. No continental breakfast available. Pool was covered and not usable. Maybe once the update and refreshing the property is complete will it be a strong contender."

The kitchen was stocked and having a washer and dryer on site was great. We saw either bear cubs or deer each day of our stay. It was a wonderful experience. Jeff was easy to get in contact with any questions we had. Would stay at the loft again."
