"The room was clean, air didn't work so had to buy a fan, pillows were flat so had to buy pillows. No coffee or donuts for breakfast. Okay for the price. Oh, pool was empty and green."

"I really liked the communication throughout the whole process. My wife normally books everything, so this was my first booking and stay. I planned a fishing trip with the guys bringing a boat along. So parking was also critical. Plenty of parking if that's a concern. I couldn't get over how easy the whole process was. I have know doubt it also was the host made it so. "Located close to Sam Rayburn and a nice alternative to the overpriced & underwhelming hotels in the area. The interior was up to date and super clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials to make our stay need free. The host was very accommodating and easy to reach to ensure we were informed prior to arrival.If we had one complaint it would be the spotty wifi. Host left instructions how to reboot which we did numerous times but wifi continued to buffer. No worries though,...
