"If you are a female solo traveler I recommend the women only section. I felt safe and also it had extra amenities for us. This is my second stay and I like the hotel."

"The hotel was conveniently located for restaurants and shopping, and the staff was very nice."

"Very clean hotel with helpful staff, centrally located as train transport on the door, restaurant, shopping area all very close. We have a comfortable stay and will comeback again. Highly recommended 👍👍👍"

"Unclear policies until check in. website did not state you could not use public bathing or fitness suite if you have tattoos we was presented with this policy by the hotel at check in. booking platform could not help to resolve this issue and cushomer service has also been poor with multiple emails a day from differrent people. Tired looking hotel for the price with lots of people who were not guests coming/going to the hotel to visit men. Would not recommend staying here."

"Excellent customer service. Friendly and helpful staff Location is close to everything Will definitely come back"
