"Hotel and rooms were very nice, had everything needed. Stayed in a family room which was a little tight accommodation for us as we were traveling with 2 teenage boys - it would have been better to get 2 rooms. Also location is nice and close to a train line but not a lot walking distance and the train line will require transfer to get to other major hubs so didn’t find it overly convenient location."

"The staff were so helpful, thoughtful and kind. We had done multiple day reservations and as part of a group of 8 and everything was handled smoothly. Rooms were very clean and quiet, conveniently located to restaurants and train stations (Tozai line). The laundry room was awesome. Coin operated, clean, spacious wait area, and ironing supplies. Next to vending and ice machines. We will be back."

"We really enjoyed our stay here, the welcome station is a nice touch where kids can overload on candy, make their own cotton candy or pancakes. There’s a vending machine on the lobby floor that sells slushies and is right beside this neat little machine that can make a tourist coin. "Too loud, and too many people"

"The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is great. Unfortunately the room we were assigned especially the bathroom is in much need of an update. The bathroom is completely outdated for this grade of hotel. It lacked ventilation and therefore had mold and a musty smell."

"It was SO noisy. The room was nice, very clean, and well stocked. The staff was also amazing. The rooms are mostly sound-proof when it comes to hearing the other rooms, however, the windows let in so much noise. The train constantly woke us up and sirens sound like they are in the room (we were on the top floor too). We moved to a new room and it helped a little, but if your room has windows facing the train station, it is extremely noisy. I don't understand why they didn't install thicker...
