"This property in Jamaica is great! The check-in let us down. We did book with the Privilege service upgrade. Their is a small dedicated section for persons booked with this service which is nice, however, the check-in time to get the room after the scheduled 3PM check-in was over 2hrs. "Room was clean and comfy with great pool view. Staff was ok, not the best. Pool was mostly clean. Overall an solid 8.5 out of 10. Lots of things to do and lots of restaurants. Food was a good. Entertainment was excellent. The staff need more training on how to be more customer focus or maybe the company need to appreciate them more. With all that said, I had a great time. Would go back."

"Expansive and grand looking property - lovely pool with waterfalls and very helpful and cheerful staff with towels etc. Multiple beach areas to hang out but wish the beaches were swept in the mornings. Also would be nice if we were told about all of the amenities upon arrival such as beach area with the water sport activities - wasn’t aware until day before departure. "The property on the Lady Hamilton side is very nice and there are tons of amenities and the beach is very close by. The rooms are large and a bit dated, but they do the job. The only drawback I would say with this resort is that the staff don't seem to be aware of a lot of what's happening and they don't inform you of the different amenities that are available to you so we found out a lot of things towards the end of our trip.
