"After traveling across Europe for 2 mo. this was the worst hotel we encountered. 1. the pics of the rooms are a little misleading. It is a wall to wall bed and the only way to get in and out is by crawling from the bottom. 2. Housekeeping was terrible. we stayed for a week, but the first 4 - 5 days were spend complaining about the way the room was left after their visit. On the following day after our arrival we discovered some brownish spots on the botom sheets. so we complained...sheets...

"No air conditioning. We were there May 24th and the room was very warm. You can open the window but backed on an enclosed court. No hair dryer. Airport shuffle perfect."

"The room was very clean. We did not have a free breakfast. It’s more of a hotel that happens to be attached to an old castle so it’s not like the other castles around Ireland. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The food at the Knights club was very good. The shower was very nice. It had a rain showerhead and a handheld. They provided shampoo and shower gel. Parking was free."

"Had to park 20 minutes away after driving around for two hours looking for parking. Their parking deck was closed and two alternate decks were they recommended were full. Called hotel to send a cab to parking deck only to be told that you had to ring a bell at their parking garage and someone would have opened it. Not on their website nor was told this before trip. Was hung up on twice trying to get a cab sent by them to parking deck 20 minutes away which costed me 80.00 for two days. Staff...

"Das Hotel ist Zentral gelegen. Zu Fuß ist vieles sehr schnell zu erreichen wie z.b Tempel Bar. Haltestellen für Busse sind ca.300m entfernt. Das Frühstück war für uns ausreichend und gut."

"Stayed three nights and it was a very nice hotel. Good location to walk to attractions and breakfast was excellent. Had some issues with the cooling (fixed) and our room was not cleaned any of the days despite us being away all day."

"No longer the higher quality of the previously managed company - the Radisson. Some front desk staff need better training. No ice bucket in hotel room. Broken bench in front of property, that did not seem to bother hotel management. However, the housekeeping staff was excellent - very responsive."
