"Nice room could have a mix of hard and soft pillows. They are all on the hard side. Bed is very comfortable. Disappointing that there is no pool or hot tub during the coldest season, only available when the water park is open. Breakfast buffet is just OK. Just very basic. The location is great, it is on the Riverwalk and near to the museum. Food at Tony Romas is quite good and worth a visit."

"everyone there was accomodating to my needs. Very helpful."

"Beautiful hotel! Restaurant was wonderful as well. Room very large and clean."

"Room was musky and smelled like Mildew. Only had 2 towels when 3 stayed. Ran out of big towels gave us two small towels. Spa and workout room out of service. They feature water park with big slides. We never seen the 2 big slides open. Was told because they didn't have enough life guards. Everyone was very friendly, but was not kept up properly."

"Wholee building had a power outage"

"Hair dyer wasn't in the room and one provided did not work. The breakfast was standard for most 4 rated hotels. Was okay. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were the gest part of our stay."
