"The housekeeping was NOT included, so we had to make our own bed or pay and extra 35 USD for the housekeeping"

"Great location and nice hotel, very helpful and friendly staff."

"Run - do not book this hotel. Worst experience ever. We had booked this months ago for our stay for the Chicago Marathon. Upon check in we were told that Expedia had cancelled our room and they were sold out. Sorry here is a card for the manager that you can contact tomorrow for your refund. "My room was next to the elevators and the noise was unbearable at night"
