"The property was great"

"Very cute and quaint with a wonderful staff. Hotel was also walkable to many restaurants and shops. We will be back!"

"Terrible staff at front desk!"

"The room was very clean and the staff was very nice"

"Loved the walkable location. We walked to river tours and plenty of restaurants. Room was clean, spacious and had a good firm bed."

"The bathroom is a joke. It is approximately 20 ft.² and you have to close the door to use the toilet. There is no horizontal surface to put anything on in the bathroom. Not clear how to get in heat which fortunate I didn’t need. It’s an old hotel that needs to be put to rest."

"La ubicacion es excelente, todo esta muy bien el unico detalle que yo le veo es que las almohadas y las camas no son tan comodas."

There was construction outside of our room every morning we stayed. It was LOUD! By 8/8:30 they were drilling on the outside wall. Wish they would’ve told us prior to booking or even days beforehand."

And to add, found bedbugs, so had to request additional sheets to cover the entire bed just to be able to sleep. Of course had to go down to the lobby to pick it up too! And yes while it's understood hotels can be "fully booked" there didn't even seem to be an attempt to work with the guest to try and accommodate their request. The attitude...

"Adorable hotel! The one bedroom suite was beautiful with an amazing view! Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend."
