"Breakfast is disappointing. Hot water for tea can be separated from coffee machine. The queue was too long. It’s located walking distance (15 minutes) to the palace mall. It’s difficult to find restaurants nearby the hotel."

"The staff at the reception desk was professional and pleasant. The room was well appointed, tastefully decorated, new furniture and nicely renovated bathrooms. The bathroom was supplied with everything one would need in terms of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toiletries, everything in the washroom and room was fully functional and well maintained. The top floor restaurant had a nice selection of traditional and international dishes. The portions were generous. The breakfast was a buffe...

"Good location. Spacious apartment but lighting is not enough. Bathroom should have shower curtain or screen"

"All good."

"We booked 2 AC Rooms back in March for 2 days. When we arrived, the staff looked surprised we are there until we showed the reservation and the receipt. They gave us 2 rooms then but they were both old and with problems. I believe they have a few renovated rooms that are shown in the pictures online but most of the rooms are old, smelly and moldy. "Lovely place thank you everyone"

"There was no hot water during our entire stay. No room service to collect rubbish. We had to ask the reception for toilet paper and soap during our stay. Location is great."

"Positive: Great location, good staff and decent breakfast. Negative: Old communist era hotel with an attempt to update. Room was 27.5 C when we arrived. When we set the thermostat to cool it heated the room to 30.5! The only option was to sleep with the window wide open to get the room back to 27. Pillows are horrible clumps of stuffing. Despite the great location and kind staff I would never stay here again."

"Value for money. Looks a bit old but a nice place and very central. I would choose again."

"The apartment was clean,bed comfortable"

"It's a pleasant hotel with helpful staff, good breakfast, convenient transportation to the center."

"Very clean. Staff is helpful and friendly."
