"Staff were excellent, breakfast had a great selection. Room was great, just one minor complaint is that the lighting in the room wasn't very bright."

"This was my second stay at this hotel. It's a really great spot, with good location and the tallness of the building can be helpful when you're trying to navigate around the city. I was upgraded to a nicer room, which was amazing, and everyone from the front desk to the spa to the gym were all very friendly and helpful. If you get a chance, the spa is really nice; Van gave me an excellent facial. The breakfast can't be beat. It's definitely one of my favorite hotels in Vietnam."
