"Checked in a day late and the room was still not ready. Once the tom was ready the air didn’t work and it was right by housekeeping where the staff was very loud. They did end up moving us to another room but we were told they weren’t moving us due to the air not working but more so being by the loud housekeeping area. The room we were moved to wasn’t ready when they said it would be and 3 hours later we were finally able to get settled. The power went out the first night while in the shower and...

"A beautiful resort with amazing amenities, a beautiful beach front, high end finishes and great service. The service was a bit slow at times but the staff were wonderful. All restaurants were good. We had a great dinner at Alera, with great appetites appetisers, cocktails and premium steaks. The spa was also very beautiful and had great treatments and massages, however the prices for the Spa are a bit steep, considering you already a guest at the hotel, I think they should offer better prices....

"We had an excellent time at the resort. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Always had a smile on their face. The amenities were good and the beds were super comfortable. However, the resort is due for a renovation as the wear and tear is very obvious. The beach access is excellent and so convenient. Food was just okay, after a few nights there it starts to feel repetitive and limited options. But overall we had a great time. The wild animals and cats on the property add a super cute...

"We loved staying at Indura resort for the last 2 nights of a volunteer trip to Honduras. It was peaceful and the pool and beach were great. It is a bit far from town so it was great for a couple/few days but would have likely been a little boring to stay for a week. We had a nice massage, very relaxing 2 days. The staff was great."

"Very nice resort. Dinner and breakfast were great. Only minor issue is the restaurant staff is not well trained and ordering was difficult, slow to get drink refills and paying the bill took way too long. They were all very nice and tried hard, but they just seemed like they were learning how to do their jobs. Great stay overall."

"Getting a hold of the staff for questions before my stay never happened. I called the listed number through regular cel network, also used WhatsApp and NOTHING. This hotel is in a nice spot, but communication was horrible. Also - they broke one of our chargers when making the beds, they didn't apologize, nor even acknowledge that they broke it. Nice spot, but the staff and lack of communication will prevent me from staying here again."

"Me and my family had a great time at La Placita Inn, the room was extremely clean and big enough to fit a party of four. Cleaning service was great and breakfast was amazing! We also had lunch at their restaurant and the food was great. You also have access to the pool and the beach chairs, I wish we stayed longer.
