"My husband and I traveled from Chicago and stayed at this hotel for 8 nights while touring Harbin. We had a wonderful stay experience - very friendly staff, excellent amendities, and super convenient location. All for a very friendly price :) We hope to come back here some day!"

"The hotel looks quite new and its staff's service still needs a lot more work. First of all, if you are a foreigner and are intending to pay your room charges with your foreign-issued credit card, do NOT stay here as their card machine cannot accept foreign cards. So you would need to pay by cash. Secondly, if you need a taxi please do not count on the hotel staff to help you as they told us that they could not call a taxi for us and that we had to stand outside and try to flag one down...

"I arrived at this hotel at 2am, Saturday, Demember 19th. I had made a booking through Hotels.com. It was freezing cold outside, and I was very much looking forward to getting to my room. However, when I got to the front desk, the receptionist called the manager and then told me I couldn't stay. She was obviously embarassed about the whole situation, and apologised. "房內暖氣不足，另要了棉被與暖爐。退房時一直無法刷退訂金，只能請櫃檯人員另做處理。"

"清潔度尚可，服務品質良好，房間與衛浴設施有點老舊，電視沒辦法看模糊不清，枕頭很適宜睡起來很舒服，飯店位置甚佳。"
