"Good"

"This is of course nice for the price you’re paying I don’t think it’s worth it. One of the main reasons I booked hotel was for the pool and there was about 10 kids in the pool splashing and screaming the entire time. One day there were even moms with babies in slings in the hot tub, soaking their feet while their toddlers splashed in the hot tub. The vibe was off and weird, and I even asked one of the attendants if they could ask the parents to control their kids and they did not help. The gym...

"Close to the beach!"

"Nice location but next we will plan to pay a bit more for an up to date functioning building. The staff were truly wonderful people and provided exceptional hospitality."

"i stayed at this resort last year the service was great that i came back this year. the facility is clean the staff friendly and kind. the service is top notch always. to the tour director, the front desk staff to the restaurant service and staff there. i would definitely stay here again all because of the service we recieved . the other reason is that the hotel is within walking distance to shops and restaurants and shops. definitely a great place to stay ."

"Nice clean room, room service is every other day but can call and ask and they will accomodate. Staff was all very friendly."

"Upon arrival, our room was not clean. The carpet was filthy and there was white crumbs all over it. We had to keep our shoes on while we were in the room. There was hair in the shower, on the shower walls, and even on the walls in the bathroom. We did not get fresh towels for two days. On the second day I finally asked if we could please have our room serviced. This was my fifth stay at this hotel, and I’ve never been disappointed in it until now. Not sure I will stay here again."

"The construction would have been less of a problem if the agent we had to check us in was friendly or helpful. The room itself was comfortable but we were so put off by how our stay started it was hard to enjoy."
