"The photos online look very nice but deceiving. The hotel needs to be updated, Beddings are weird, no down under blanket and the fabric has a rough, bumpy texture. The toilet room's door is too big you can hardly get in. You have to squish yourself into a corner to close the door. Bathroom sink doesn't have drawers nor handle to hang face towel. No room to put your toiletries. The good part is the location, very close to the pilgrimage site, walking distance. Lots of restaurants around. Parking...

"With so many elderly people and other younger folks going to Lourdes, I would recommend Paradis management to address the following issues to enhance the experience of your guests; 1: the shower tub is too high and difficult to get in and take a shower. This is not a problem for younger people but a serious issues for older people, and it is a safety issue. 2. No “non-slip” plastic matt inside the tub. "Lovely spacious room with a great view. Unfortunately the air conditioning was going but not at all effective and for a couple of nights we had to open all the windows all night to stay cool. A ceiling fan would have been a better option than the aircon. Kitchen area very dated and not completely clean but usable. There was enough provided for a week long stay and the location was excellent so I would recommend this hotel as great value for money."

"Lovely staff and a great location but our shower was old and leaked every time it was used. Had workmen in our room two mornings trying to fix, while we were trying to sleep. Not great but at least they were making an effort"

Or you can take bus L5 the hotel to or from the sanctuary. After 17 years we revisit Lourdes, France."
