"The photos online look very nice but deceiving. The hotel needs to be updated, Beddings are weird, no down under blanket and the fabric has a rough, bumpy texture. The toilet room's door is too big you can hardly get in. You have to squish yourself into a corner to close the door. Bathroom sink doesn't have drawers nor handle to hang face towel. No room to put your toiletries. The good part is the location, very close to the pilgrimage site, walking distance. Lots of restaurants around. Parking...

"Excellent location in Lourdes, close to the Shrine, restaurants and shops. Super nice for only 4 stars. Clean neat and modern. Large comfortable lounge with a bar. Definitely recommend"

"A bit worn looking but otherwise a very good budget option. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Definitely would stay here again. A short walk from the train station."

"Friendly staff Tasty European breakfast"

"The staff werent helpful at all. They are bad in hospitality and in communication. Paola is the only one who tried to help us and make our stay better. Helped us get transportation during check out while others shut us out"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. AC worked great during the hot days. Wished the bedroom floor could be more clean. I would stay here again."

"Lovely spacious room with a great view. Unfortunately the air conditioning was going but not at all effective and for a couple of nights we had to open all the windows all night to stay cool. A ceiling fan would have been a better option than the aircon. Kitchen area very dated and not completely clean but usable. There was enough provided for a week long stay and the location was excellent so I would recommend this hotel as great value for money."

"Staff were excellent ,very very helpful ."

"فندق رائع للعطلة العائلية موقع ممتاز مناظر خلابة بعيد نسبياً عن الكنيسة"

"The reception staff were excellent. The breakfast was wonderful. They need to replace the carpet and the cleaning staff should pick up the glasses and cups. It was a very convenient hotel near the sanctuary."

"We’re suppose to check in @ 2 pm but because we arrived early the staff who helped us let us checked in early, that was really amazing. We’re so grateful for that. The room was clean, the AC was quiete. We had a good slept. We didn’t have breakfast , we left early to go in Paris."

"La atención fue estupenda. Estaba cerquisima del santuario y de lugares para comer."

"Beautiful hotel. Nice pool. Food was excellent and staff very friendly. Adjacent to railway station. Would highly recommend."
