"While the facilities are a bit dated, everything is perfectly maintained. The staff are all friendly and professional. In particular, the restaurant deserves a perfect score—both the service and the food were 100/100!"

"Everything was excellent, nothing to complain! Just recommend!"

"When we arrived at the room, the door lock showed a green light, indicating that the door was unlocked. My grandson simply pushed the door open, and the entire door came off its hinges. It appeared that only two or three screws were holding it in place. It was obvious that the door had already been damaged, and part of the locking mechanism was already broken. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, and I have never experienced anything like this. Instead of apologizing for what appears...

"객실이 깨끗하고 직원도 친절했습니다. 다만 숙소 근처에 상점이나 다른 인프라가 부족하여 장기간 여행이나 업무를 위해 머무를때 조금 어려운 상황들이 발생되긴 했습니다."

"Accueil charmant et souriant. Peter, à la réception, était ravi de pouvoir parler français . Chambre calme, très propre. Wellness center très appréciable Petit dej complet Je recommande l’adressz"

"Extremely pleasant and helpful personnel. Food was good but could be better."

"This is really a place you can stay and enjoy."

"Otel gayet temiz, sıcak bir ortam. İnsanlar sağlık için gelmiş açıkça belli oluyor. Çalışanlar Güleryüz."

"We dont have time to use the pool cause we been going to Aqua park."

"A személyzet segítőkész, figyelmes, minden kérést igyekeznek teljesíteni. A szoba tiszta, kényelmes, a wellness rész jó kikapcsolódást nyújt. A szobában a vízforraló különösen jól jön ősszel-télen a teafőzéshez. A hotel könnyen megközelíthető, kedvező az ingyenes parkolás. Remek szállás, ajánlom!"

"I had an excellent experience at Outlet Hotel Polgár! Everything was outstanding, from the delicious food to the excellent service. The jacuzzi was one of the best I’ve ever experienced, and the sauna was fantastic. I was extremely satisfied with everything and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!"

"The staff was very polite and well trained, except for one waitress at the main dining room who greeted us as we'd been children (sziasztok) despite being an adult couple in their early 30's, it's just unacceptable to me regardless of how young / old we are. The SPA is small yet cozy and very well designed, if I could see well from our balcony there was an ongoing construction of - probably - a greater size outside (swimming?) pool, if it's true, then it really is a good and welcomed news. The...

"Tres belle chambres reposante. Grand choix de plat au restaurant"
