Die Umgebung war auch schön mit einem wunderschönen Strand und ein paar Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb von fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Das Essen war auch gut, die Auswahl etwas überschaubarer aber völlig ausreichend."

In der Umgebung waren ständig Drogenabhängige und Obdachlose anzutreffen, was ein sehr unsicheres und unangenehmes Gefühl vermittelt hat. Das Personal war überwiegend unprofessionell, respektlos und passiv-aggressiv. Mehrfach wurde vor Gästen auf Griechisch gesprochen und offensichtlich über andere Gäste gelästert unter anderem auch über mich. Ein solches Verhalten ist für ein Hotel absolut unakzeptabel. "The room was always clean. The individual pool was clean with amazing view. However in my 2 weeks at travelling thru Greece and staying at 5 different hotels - the front staff were the least helpful and condescending rude. I arrived by car and at check in was shown on a map where to park the car - problem was I was not asked to park my car off to the side to bring in my luggage. Unbeknownst to me it up and down a hill carrying luggage- small thing yes but lack of helpfulness. As I checked...

"DO NOT CHOOSE this hotel!!!! Be warned!!! It is crazy noisy. It looks nothing like website. There is no rooftop bar. You get your drink downstairs and can take it to the tables in a dank room on the top floor. There is no outdoor space. The man on the top floor room is rude. The breakfast had flies everywhere. We ended up going down the block to the King George to eat, drink, and be waited on. The ala carte breakfast is the same price for five star service. Seriously this place is a JOKE."

"Panos was an excellent host, very helpful with all our questions/requests for food recommendations, transfers etc. We used the very clean pool and cabana and it wasn't busy. We had an incredible sunset view from our balcony (unit 1), although being on the first floor did have a couple of obstructions of roofs and poles. Also a great place to start the hike to Oia, the path is directly in front of the building. Highly recommend."
