"Instalaciones limpias y nuevas"

"It’s a great location. The hotel is older and not air conditioned. The restaurants don’t have great food but have a good view"

"Muy céntrico y cómodo para solo llegar a descansar. No cuenta con amenidades pero si solo buscas dormir es perfecto."

"Very good stay"

"3rd time staying at this hotel, and as usual it didn’t disappoint. The minute you walk in the door you are met by welcoming staff. Our room type wasn’t correct upon check in, had requested a twin but were allocated a king however this was quickly rectified. Room and facilities perfect. We dined in the Primo Bar on our first night. Menu and food choices were great. All in all I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, as it’s so convenient for discovering central Westminster area on foot or by bus....

"I've been here two times now and every time it has been very good. convenient location only a few blocks from Paddington station and the main stretch to Hyde park. The rooms are very clean and tidy but the best thing about the rooms and I can't state this enough is the good air ventilation, no warm stuffy rooms, we even got a balcony the first round. Breakfast is probably most people's favourite, they have a clean dining area which was good for talking to other people, plus when you order the...

"Very good location"

"Best value for a large chain in the Piccadilly area. Have stayed here multiple times and it’s solid. Rooms are on the smaller side but that is not unique to this property. The one thing that isn’t great is the communal iron vs having one in your room."

"موظفين الاستقبال يحتاجون الكثير من التدريب واللباقه"

"Location fabulous! Only downside is the strong rumble and vibrations every 2 min or so from the numerous Underground tunnels."

"جميع الخدمات متوفرة ولكن الاثاث قديم وكذلك فرش ارضية الغرفة والمصاعد تصدر اصوات مزعجة"

"A"

"The rooms are very small, too small for 2 occupants. Ours was a curved room. Walking to the other side of the bed was a challenge. The space between one edge of the bed and curved window area was so little that I had to be extra cautious to navigate that space (a few inches wide) so as not to hurt by feet or my knees. The air-conditioning vent hits those sleeping on the bed directly. And the sink is so small with the faucet on its outer edge that anyone will spill water no matter how hard you...

"We booked a family room and was pleasantly surprised - the beds were comfy, the room was clean and spacious - I was very happy it was a 2 room setup! There was a nice TV in each room, charger for each bed but no glassware/cups. The balcony was great but could be a risk for small children and the lock to it was broken, also the air conditioning wasn't working but considering it was September it wasn't too bad. I would definitely go back if I needed to do London in the winter months!"
