"Room was freezing and in need of a simple chair. There were pleny downstairs but not in the room. You need a chair to dress and put shoes on. Also when you finish riding you don’t want to sit on the bed. Also kitchen needed a drying rack paper towels or dish cloths. Beds were comfortable and location great. View of falls wonderful. Does the tv work downstairs?"

"Yucckkkk! The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on and they have a mini fridge RIGHT next to the bed that was noisy I unplugged it so I could try to get some sleep. The tub was dirty and let’s not even discuss the nasty carpet! I would rather sleep in my car the next time I’m in Galax. Absolutely AWFUL!"

"A cozy, cute, unique property, better than pictured. Close to town but with a very country feel. Loved the sunrise view from the porch swing, the sound of nature waking up all around us, and the Bald Eagle sightings every morning from the front deck. The hosts are such nice people! They provided ebikes for us to use; we took them to the New River Trail - an amazing way to spend the day, because this is a gorgeous trail. We also went to New River Outdoor Adventures for kayaking on the New River....

"The cabin was perfect for me. The property was so pretty. It was so quiet and relaxing. I saw deer, heard turkeys, saw rabbits, and chipmunks. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. I appreciated the tub after all the hiking I did. And so close to Grayson Highlands State Park. They also had pamphlets about all the things to do in the area.They also were very helpful to my partner when he reached out to them because he hadn’t heard from me. It was reassuring to know that. "

"We stayed here for the Grayson Highlands 50k and had an amazing time. The kitchen was wonderful and we had plenty of room to spread out and lounge before and after the race! A very comfy and cozy property. The showers had amazing water pressure and got very hot and the bathroom heater came in very handy after a chilly day in the park."

"Perfect cabin on the Blue Ridge Parkway for a 1 night stay. Had all the essentials and wifi! Woke up to the most adorable calf just beyond the fence. "
