"I’m not sure if was my room selection only or not but very tiny and not modern. You’re paying obviously to be in St.Moritz not the hotel. I’d recommend not staying there if there’s something within budget. The staff was okay but lackluster in terms of friendly and caring. Location is decent and breakfast but not worth what I paid for sure."

"Wonderful hotel! Helpful staff and nice location. Great breakfast. Just be prepared for a hike up the hill from the train station!"

"Excellent "

"Hotel was under construction. Several items in our room didn’t work properly. There was mold in the shower, the lights in one room did not work, the closet door was broken, phones were not able to be charged at night. Parking was not convenient. Would not stay there again."

"This was one of best hotels during our visit to Switzerland ! The staff was amazing! They make us fee welcome since the first minute we arrived until we left. I will definitely come back again!! I was traveling with my son and they surprise him with a birthday surprise cake and room decoration they really made our stay wonderful!! The lady in red was amazing.!!! Love everything about this hotel,"

"Two of us stayed one night to get the Bernina Express the next morning, very easy walk from the train station, check in staff were super helpful and gave us a map and showed us the sights. The room was a good size, very clean and ideally located very near the center of town. Please note that although this has a fridge/kitchen you are not allowed to cook anything due to local fire regulations, so if this is something you intend doing, bear this in mind. There are very many places to eat locally...

"Clean room Extra storage cabinets around the bed and bathroom make the room really small and cluttered. Sometimes unsafe due to being too close to the bed"

"Suvretta House was a highlight of our trip. Exceptional service, old world charm, outstanding food, beautiful view, and wonderful pool/spa. Highly recommend."

"The hotel was okay, big rooms but the carpet was old and the bathrooms need improvement. The location was tough to get to. It could have been better if the hotel provided shuttle services for pickup and drop offs from the train station."

"Very nice hotel conveniently located next to a bus stop if you would like to take a quick ride to St. Moritz. We had a great room, very modern and clean. We tried the sauna, which was very nice after a cold day. Breakfast was good and staff were helpful."
