"Room was nasty. I didn’t even want to shower because bathroom wasn’t clean, and wore shoes the whole time in my room because I was afraid to go barefoot. Glad I had a travel blanket in my car because sheets were dirty so I slept on top of my blanket. No coffee pot in room or lobby. Advertised continental breakfast-even had sign at front desk-said they discontinued that years ago and told me to go to Waffle House across the street. Were rude. Empty vending machines. Lobby area dirty. Parking lot...

"The owners are lovely people, and this spot is a slice of heaven. We were there for the Eclipse but anytime is a great place to stay at this locale. A very short drive to Hot Springs and close to grocery store. I hope to visit again in the future."

"This home had everything we needed. Traveling with a toddler is always chaotic but this home had a portable crib which made bed time so much easier. This home is located perfectly close to any stores or restaurants you could possibly want. The record player next to the master bedroom was a nice touch! If we are in Arkansas again we will definitely be staying here. "

We had several events happening in Little Rock this weekend so instead of just getting a hotel room i decided to book this place to have a more relaxing time. The problem, i never once heard anything from the owners. Check in was supposed to start at 4, luckily i was still on the road about 2 hours away.
