"Rooms were clean, staffs were super nice and were really great handling inconveniences like extending stays."

"The room was not as advertised house keeping could have done a better job in makes sure their face rags and towels are in the room other than that it was a very nice place"

"Great hotel. Well maintained. Beautiful. Great welcome on arrival. Helpful and friendly staff. Great food. Rooms are a bit small."

"Reliable. Delivery to and from airport on time. Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Staff helpful polite."

"My stay was amazing!!! Staff were very great and responsive, Also very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place. It’s close to the airport and a lot of tourist attractions. Area is beautiful with lots of amenities and things to do on the property. House keeping always came to check and see if we needed the room clean which we skipped some days, but my overall experience was amazing I give this place 10/10"

"it was a good experience , but first time in my life to see hotel room phone down for two days without maint. , and one mornng without tap water"

"The space is clean"

"Julian was of Immense Help, has a Great character."

"Great staff, great environment"

"Had a wonderful stay overall — definitely a 5-star experience. Just a couple of minor points that may be worth looking into: the air conditioning in our room felt slightly stuffy at times, and the 2 treadmills in the gym were noisy with a lot of friction, particularly around the running belt making it unusable. Otherwise, everything was excellent."
