"Beautiful grounds , lovely setting , little bit out of Douglas but everything was easily accessible , you do need a car! Staff are super and the hotel is sparkling clean . Food in the Bar/Lounge was first class ( not cheap ) service was very good . Brilliant Breakfast Buffet …nice views from the table . Would highly recommend this hotel ."

"I honestly cannot rate this hotel high enough, the rooms were absolutely spotless, the breakfasts were amazing and the staff. The aircon was heaven sent in the heatwave, I had amazing sleep every night yet my brother in law in a budget hotel was tormented with heat. I will without a doubt stay there again and wont even contemplate looking at other hotels."

"I just very recently came back (July 2026) from almost a week on the Isle of Man and stayed at the Devonian the whole time. I can highly recommend it for the breakfasts, the lovely and responsive staff, the central location, and the spotless rooms. For being a three-star hotel, I felt the value was among the best I've ever experienced traveling. To expand, the staff at the Devonian are obviously invested in giving their guests an enjoyable stay. the breakfasts are delicious and the clear equal...
