"The place is very nice, but cleanliness & welcome staff needs some improvements: 1- The Towels need to change; Put them against the light you'll spot some strange marks (seems not properly washed). 2- My wife and I had different plans for 2 days (me: business), the Welcome Staff refused to give us 2 cards for the first 3 days, making our plans a bit harder."

"When I first found this hotel I was a bit concerned that there was only 4 reviews, from the moment of but from the moment of checking in and checking out my experience was wonderful. The staff were very helpful in anything you need, they were always smiling and ready to help in whichever way needed. To be honest i think this place is really beautiful. You are just foot set away from the beach. The breakfast was not a large viarity but it did the job,the food was delicious the roast chicken...

"Everything about the apartments was excellent apart from a problem with the Wi-Fi and this was remedied swiftly by the staff who supplied a brand new router for us. I would happily stay there many times it is a lovely place with lovely staff "

"Breakfast included was a plus and a good variety and tasty. Room had a smell for the first few days but housekeeping came everyday and soon the smell was gone. Back up generator was useful kicked in everything. Internet was spotty at times but we managed to watch several episodes of shows. The garden was marvelous and the ocean was everything. Staff was friendly and accommodating all and all great value for the money."

"The room were not cleaned well. Dirty floors foul smell, a front desk lady on day shift with a very bad attitude. Guests would feed the too many cats on our plates and staff just look on. Change of linen was a tag of war. The breakfast was same throughout. Stinking trench on Block A."

"Der Garten wurd gepflegt,aber die Liege am Pool bedürfen eine Reinigung. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. War jetzt zum zweiten Mal dort,der ganze Unterkumft ist etwas runtergekommen. Es wird nicht investiert oder erneuert. Für ein kurzer Aufenthalt ist es okay,aber bei längeren Aufenthalt fallen schon ein paar Sachen ins Auge. Bei der Buchung stand Nachmittags Tee,der wurde mir such nie angeboten. Habe auch nicht nachgefragt,'da ich meinstens am Strand war. Zimmer werden...

"تم تحويلي لفندق اخر في ساعه متاخرة من الليل امل في اعاده قيمة حجزي وكذلك الحجز باسم Ahmed Alhosayen حيث حجزنا غرفتين عن طريق موقعكم وفي الحقيقة انها كانت تجربة غير موفقه الفندق غير جيد والموقع يجب ان يضمن لي حقي حيث ان ادارة الفندق اخبرتني انه لايوجد غرف في الفندق وانهم سيذهبون بي الى فندق اخر ولو كنت ارغب في الفندق الاخر لحجزت فيه مباشرة اتمنى ان تجد شكواي هذه اذن صاغية من ادارة الموقع واعاده مادفعته اشكر لكم تجاوبكم واهتمامكم"
