"The place is way beyond our expectations. It truly has notable character and somewhere I would prefer to “gate-keep” from others by not leaving a review to tell others about how much we enjoyed it. However, I had to leave a review because Susana and the staff at this property were above and beyond. The property is extremely clean and well-maintained, plus it is very original and has great uniqueness. The area is peaceful and quiet, and promotes a great experience just outside of Santiago. The...

"2nd time staying here, possibly better than the first time, I’ll always keep staying here when I visit, staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is just breathtaking."

"Definitely a "grand" hotel. Reception desk staff were friendly, nice pool, free on-site parking, bottle of wine in the room was a nice touch as well as the shuttle to/from town. The bartender does not serve tap water which we thought unusual as every other hotel we stayed at has always been happy to serve us a glass of water (not paid for)."

"We had a wonderful stay at NH Collection Santiago de Compostela. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel was within walking distance of the main attractions. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious. Breakfast was another highlight. We were also lucky to find free parking right in front of the hotel, so we didn’t need to pay for parking."

"The room was large and we had a great view. Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean.. The location was centrally located. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good. WE were very pleased with the hotel"

"The property was clean and well maintained. It was within walking distance to all the major attractions in the city. The breakfast buffet of 12euro was expensive compared to other places in the area. Otherwise a nice place to stay."

"This was our 2nd stay here, we lived it the first time as DNA very happy t to book again. We love the location, just around the corner from the cathedral and still close to restaurants, everything is very walkable. The rooms are unique and charming, very clean and comfortable. You cannot check in before 3 pm, but you can leave your backpacks, and we went to the sitting area in the basement and relaxed while we waited for checkin (which was nice after walking all day on the camino and we...

"Muy buen hotel, excelente servicio y perfecta ubicación"

"Highly recommended."

"Toda la estancia fue terrible, el lugar es terrible"

"The property is a beautifully updated historic structure. They have retained the charm. The bar/restaurant was excellent, outdoor dining was lovely, beds were comfy, room was spacious, and staff were helpful and unobtrusive. Taxi service to Santiago de Compostela was available but a bit pricey. If you have a car, parking is plentiful. I would stay again!"

"Clean, cordial staff, near the everything comfy beds well recommended"

"Great location. Fantastic suite with view to the park and very comfortable bedding, shower and jacuzzi"

"Well located"

"Wonderful, bright and clean hotel on the beach."

"de verdad es que es una pena el servicio que dan los empleados de este hotel, no vuelvo a llegar en él, la Ayuda, con respecto a la Transportacion es nula, no se hacen responsables de nada, no te ayudan en nada, tienen graves problemas de Transportacion, obviamente en Santiago de Compostela, pero el Personal es verdaderamente terrible en su atención, dan vergüenza. No recomiendo de ninguna manera usar este Hotel, lástima de Instalaciones."

"Good location and clean rooms. Excellent front desk service."
