"We had a wonderful week at Chateau du Trichot. What a lovely home you have. We saw much to enjoy in the garden, including two deer, humming birds on the lavender and a very sedate hare. "We’ve just returned from two fantastic weeks staying in “Gite de La Vallee” at the end of August. First off – this place gets 5 stars. Do stay here, it’s beautiful, comfortable, spacious - we had the best family holiday as a young family yet. Perfect for kids, families, couples, friends - anyone. So about the house. It is owned and run by Murielle and Frederic who live in a separate detached house on the same plot/Gite complex. They have only owned the Gite for a year – so haven’t accrued...

Pdt le séjour, nous avons eu un problème avec le Four, qui ne voulait plus s'arrêter, il a été changé dans l'après-midi. C'est dire à quel point la réactivité et le service étaient là. "Le plus c'est évidemment la piscine. Le moins commerce et bar sont a 13 minutes en voiture. Le plus proche à 7 minutes ouvre que le matin et l n'y a rien. Tout n' était pas parfait , certains éléments était défectueux: fissure de la cabine douche, joint du four délabré. Heureusement la gentillesse et la compréhension du personnel a sauvé le coup. "The gite was perfect for a family of 9 Beautiful and tastefully renovated barn. It is in a small group of only 4 properties including the owner's home but very private and secluded in a very rural setting The beds were comfortable and the showers fabulous, lots of hot water. There are ensuite shower rooms for every bedroom but only 2 WCs, one up one down, I guess because of the sewerage, but we managed!
