"great location and charm"

"The room temp can’t be controlled by the guest. Room was blazing hot and windows can’t be opened. The nice staff did give us two fans but really need new hvac system that guests can control. Bathroom so small that impossible to not bump door. Lobby filled with students hanging out no room for guests. The plus is that it’s on campus and near food. Very old rooms and bathrooms that are hard to clean after years of use. There was coffee and pastries in the morning that was nice. I would not stay...

"The Inn is charming and in a great location. We stayed in the main house and were very at home. Breakfast in the morning was superb; the housekeeping and cooking were excellent. I definitely will stay again when I am in Amherst. "

"The bedroom and entire first floor living area was clean and nicely appointed in period decor. The self-check in process was simple and convenient. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to find and quickly mail back my forgotten prescription eyeglasses to my home address. Will definitely stay here again if visiting the pioneer valley. "

"It's a great B&B. However, expedia does NOT tell you that if you check in outside of normal hours (3-6pm) you need an appointment because it is run by an actual host. Just call and schedule your arrival with them! Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great."

"Beautiful old building that has been newly and lovingly renovated! Warm and bright with large windows giving Gorgeous views of the mountain. Ample kitchen and bathroom supplies. Super comfy bed linens and cozy sleeping quarters. Plenty of bath, face and hand towels. Loved that it was pet friendly and had a nice big table for playing games at. Very comfortable couch for lounging the day away. We were very pleased with our decision to rent this space for this special gathering and would be happy...

"Awesome place. We stayed in a finished basement. Very clean, no bugs at all, nice living room, comfy king size bed. We didn't use the kitchen but it was well stocked with what was needed as well as snacks for us. Quiet location close to town and Mass University. "

"Loved this old home! Record player and records were fun to listen to. Pickle ball across the street was excellent! Well stocked kitchen great for cooking in. I had a tough time with water pressure and temperature but it could have been user error. Beds were comfortable except for the twin, which was a bit too firm! Would definitely rent here again "
